Westport Observatory<p>A follow up to the <a href="https://vmst.io/tags/Caribbean" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Caribbean</span></a> 7.6m <a href="https://vmst.io/tags/earthquake" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>earthquake</span></a> last night, 2/8, 1700 miles away. Taking only 7 minutes to arrive in New England, the wave is detected first by the Westport Observatory at the bottom, and then Weston MA and finally Waterville ME.
