I saw these on a car today and thought they looked so cute.
So it seems Meta/Threads are forcibly altering output of the Trans Flag emoji 
, to only show the two combining elements instead of the actual emoji.
This is appearing correct on the Fediverse, however on Meta, it seems they are removing an aspect of the emoji to make it combined... absolute shite.
A little bit of good news, not just for #trans folk, but for everyone.
After all, if the #Trump can arbitrarily define facts to say that trans folk are dishonest and so ineligible to serve in the #military, he can define Black folk as being not intelligent enough to be officers, or Jews as too untrustworthy to serve, or...
That's not necessary CinC discretion; it's arbitrary discrimination. And unconstitutional.
