My sister-in-law especially liked this picture of Sunday’s sunset. She said, “It looks like the trees are hugging the Sun.”

Have to say that #thicktrunktuesday is definitely one of my favourite hashtags. So many amazing trees! This week I offer a giant of a tree from the #edinburgh #botanicgarden One tall enough that I couldn't stand far enough back to get it all in one shot. And then a second shot of tbat same tree, just for fun, with what my phone calls apeture mode.
