What do you think of this, Cleveland Park?

In Woodley Park. Can you envision something new by the Metro? I like to imagine a nice cafe with outdoor seating where you could meet a friend coming by Metro.

The CVS building is beautiful, but.... kinda underwhelming. It's the corner intersection of two boulevards approaching bridges. As the gateway to the neighborhood from downtown and from the east, Woodley Park deserves something eye-catching and bigger. What do you think?
